Seniors Update: Round 11 - 22/4/2017 vs Dandenong Thunder

The Senior Mens played Dandenong Thunder at home (CB Smith Reserve, Fawkner). Both teams started positively looking for early goals, however no clear opportunities. The first half ending 0-0. Brunswick City made a change bringing on Jarvis Icbudak, who added some attacking flair on the left wing. The Dandenong defence with ex A-league stars Simon Colosimo and Roddy Vargas was holding strong and repelling every attack. In the 73' Dandenong scored through Barnes. Brunswick tried to find an equaliser with another forward being brought on Jono Tsangas, but was then reduced to 10 men after Jose Portillo was sent off in the 78'.

Final result Brunswick City lost 1-0.
